Home Inspections

These inspections are scheduled and paid for by the buyer. This is when we have the home inspected for any defects, termite problems, sewer lateral issues, radon, and any other inspections the buyer wishes to conduct. The buyer will need to pay for these inspections at the time they are conducted and will total, on average, $1,000.
