Closing Disclosure

This is the document at the end of the transaction that will state all of the debit and credits that you accrued during the process. There will be a disclosure from your lender and one from the title company. The format will look different, but the numbers will be the same on each copy. At the bottom, there will be the total amount that is due from the buyer at closing, in the form of a cashier’s check.
