Yes, St. Louis has baked a very special month of delicious activities for us to devour. I hope that you'll join me in savoring this splendid month in St. Louis!

P.S.
Here is the latest Housing Report which shows that the median sales price of residential single-family homes in St. Louis City and County has remained steady, down about 1% from last year to $195,000 in April. However, year to date values are up 3%, and pending sales are up 9.6%. If you have any questions about how this affects you, just let me know. I'd be happy to provide some more insight.
Let me know if there is anything that I can do for you. -Nate
